To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

• The item must be in resellable condition.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 2 days with your order number and product details.

2. Our team will confirm availability of the size/item.

3. Exchanges can be completed:

• By visiting our store, or

• By arranging pickup/delivery through our courier (extra delivery fees may apply).
